    Ruger SR9c Hits SOCAL

First thing tomorrow morning I will be at Turners to get my SR9c. They are in their new ad starting friday for $439 which for CA. sounds fair to me.
Ok I might be a little to excited because I haven't even handled one yet but I belive I will like it. Redhemi

I was just at Discount Gun Mart (the Morena Blvd location) in SD the other night and they have 1 black SR9c as well. IIRC, it's $439 too.

Oh my, this may be the CCW gun I've been waiting for (until i can afford that Kimber )

I dros'd less than 30 days ago though, so I may have to have them hold it a week or so before doing it.

Turners have GOT to open a Norcal location. They just have to.

turners san marcos had one in their display case today. and also heard that they plan on making them in larger calibers as well. i think they said a 40 and 357. i want a sr9 real bad for cheaper shooting than my 1911.

Plus 1 on the turners in norcal. I would even get a second job there sporting goods department to get a discount.

                    Ooooh, 40 you say?
So....if the 9mm sr9c is approved for california, will it take long for them to rechamber to 40 and get it approved?

Just got back from Turners in Pasadena - my 10 day wait started at about noon.

I went to the Reseda location, which is about 2 miles from my house, to check out the pistol but (despite the ad indicating otherwise) its too compact for Los Angeles and they didn't have it for sale.

Went to Pasadena and checked it out. Its nicer than I expected and I decided to buy it. Now I can't wait to shoot it! Just about 232 hours left...

Better hurry up and buy it before it's recalled.
