Congrats on the DW. What I do to pass the 10 day wait is buy all of the ammo and accessories that I think I may need for the new addition (until the wallet and the Mrs. have had enough).
As far as breaking it in, they are really tight pistols, but you shouldn't have to do much. DW break in goes as follows.
1: Obtain more ammo than you think you'll shoot in a day.
2: Clean and lube the pistol real well before heading to the range (I mean lube it well.)
3: Shoot until an ear to ear grin appears.
4: Add a couple of drops of oil to the slide rails and barrel hood.
5: Continue shooting until it hurts from grinning so much.

I say start thinking about he next purchase. Then when the day comes you get your DW and actually see how you do with it at the range see if that justifies your next purchase. I usually try to built around my existing gun, but that's not much fun, you need variety to keep it interesting. Or you can just spend more on accessories and ammo to accomodate your DW.The wise man said just find your place
