Just in case you were curious.
I bought some shotshells to keep available for snakes when hiking the backcountry. I read various reports about this type of round being notorious for misfeeding.
At the range, I was expecting each round to require special attention to eject and clear. However, I was plesantly suprised to see that each round shot and cycled flawlessly.
It must have been the awesomeness of the XD. :-D
The spread was quite more than I expected being only 5-10 away. I only put 10rds through to test it out. I would gladly keep this available, but it won't be much good with anything larger than a snake.
