    TAURUS JUDGE

    IM TOLD THE JUDGE IS NOT CAL LEGAL,,,THEN I READ WITH THE BARREL BEING RIFLED IT IS NOT CONSIDERED A SHOTGUN AND CAN BECOME CAL LEGAL ????????

    You are mixing up Federal law with State law. The Judge is not a SBS on a Federal level. On a state level, it is a SBS and an AW since it has a revoling cylinder.

      You are partially correct. The Judge is indeed a short-barreled shotgun according to the California definition.

      The Judge however does not meet the definition of a shotgun, since it does not meet that definition it probably cannot be a shotgun with a revolving cylinder.

      *Being a shotgun requires it be shoulder fired, an SBS does not have that requirement.
