CZ 75D compact- a few ?'s

I'm interested in picking up a CZ-75D compact. Local dealer has one available with the light rail on the frame. I looked at the CZ website/catalog and it shows this model with no light rail. http://cz-usa.com/products/view/cz-75-d-pcr-compact/

1. Is this version with the light rail a discontinued one/different somehow? I don't see this configuration listed in CZ's catalog. I thought it might have something to do with keeping the old one on the roster or something, kinda like how the CBOB is discontinued everywhere but CA since its still rostered. I CGN searched it, didn't find anything, but seem to remember reading something about this somewhere before on Calguns.

2. The current model says it has a LCI. I didn't notice this on the display model with light rail, but then again I didn't look for it either. I didn't know the new ones had one until I got home and looked online.

3. Do the mags interchange for the '75D's in 9mm with the other CZ 9mm pistols, like P-01, etc. I tried the RAMI there and it seemed to swap no problem.

4. Have these CZ-75's been around awhile? It seems they have, I just wish I learned about them years ago. That way I'd have one already!

Upadate: the model I looked at today had identical specs to the CZ 75 P-01, but I swear it had CZ 75D Compact stamped on the slide. http://cz-usa.com/products/view/cz-p01/ This is the model that said display gun matched. 3.8" barrel, light rail and decocker.

I have been told by someone on the phone at CZ that almost 9mm magazines interchange the Rami was the exception, so it is strange that it worked for you, some mags will protrude from the bottom of the mag well but they are interchangeable. You cannot put a mag from a Rami or compact into a full size frame but a full size will fit all-but they extend beyond the grip.
You can interchange the uppers too. There is a Kadet kit available that enables you to put a .22LR upper on your lower. They were developed so the military could train troops with the gun they'd use in the field but with cheap ammo.
4. CZ have been around a while. There are more than a million of them out there. They have a loyal following. I have one. I like it a lot and will definitely buy more.

I wasn't clear. The 75D mag fit the RAMI, but I didn't even try the RAMI mag in the 75D. It just looked obviously too short to me.

I have the PCR and it too is marked 75 compact. CZ explained it as a european over run. Apparently, all compacts in europe have that designation.

PCR probably won't make the list. 75C with safety(instead of decocker) might be the one that is on the list.

If it is CZ P-01, it is on the roster.

Yes, you can use full-sized magazine for compact ones.

Define 'these'. CZ 75 was designed in 1975(or was put in to production - can't remember which) and its variation has been around for awhile. Compact version(with safety) was available in late 80s IIRC. Then came other models such as those ill-conceived 100, slightly bulky CZ 97, P-01, RAMI and PCR.

I guess CZ decidd to just use the same stamps instead of making new ones. I saw those around 2009 or so too. The box would say P-01 not Compact.

I have a PCR. The LCI is a pin that sticks up out of the top of the slide just aft of the ejection port.

FWIW, the roster shows:

CZ 75 D (Black) 01194 / Alloy Pistol 3.763" 9mm 12/31/2010
CZ 75 Compact (Black) 01190 / Steel Pistol 3.765" 9mm 12/31/2010

The PCR is the "CZ75D 1194" model.
