    Bersa Thunder two tone Kit?

So I'm trying to buy a Bersa Thunder two tone kit (has an extra mag, a case, small holster, etc.) from Gallery of Guns and it came out that I couldn't buy this item due to local restrictions. This gun IS on the roster, It'll let me buy the gun by itself on Gallery of Guns. I called the costumer service number and they said that anytime something is added to the packaging of a hand gun the company has to pay to place it on the roster. Sounds to me like FUD or is there something I'm missing?

If you're talking the .380, I know a couple of years ago the two-tone version was widely available around the Bay Area. I really liked them.

Yes, sorry, forgot to specify the model. I can buy the gun itself but not the kit which is the same gun, but it can't buy the kit.

I thought that had something to do with the model number. When they do those packages they add a couple digits to the model number. I seem to recall hearing people say they'd buy them, but have the model number entered in as the standalone gun. I'm not sure if that's OK or not though.

I think I heard this issue regarding a Springfield model...

Interesting. I've never heard of this but there is a lot about Cali gun laws that just make not sense.

Good luck on the Bersa. Its a great gun. I love my a lot and have it on my hip as I type this.
