If the pistol fits your hand it's a Great deal, if you have large hands Maybe not so Great a deal. Smith semi-autos are work horses of the type.. Not very pretty but work forever and reliable too.. Have Fun, Jim

I had the blued version. Didn't care for the ergos too much but it was a really soft shooter. In fact recoil was so soft it was almost boring to shoot lol. Worth $250 though imo.

For $250, I will buy it. It's an excellent pistol. I have one: very reliable, shoots everything I loaded and excellent combat accuracy. If you decide not to buy it, please let me know who's selling it at that price.

For $250, it's a deal. S&W autos are underrated. I have a S&W 459, and it shoots everything reliably. Great service weapons.
