Thanks Mr. obvious! More like I need to mod it a LOT! Needs a shorter buffer tube, Aimpoint, 10 round mag, Sling attachment point, BAD lever, Side charging piston upper, etc, etc... Give me some time, I just picked it up today!

BTW, Spikes Tactical kicks A**!!!! I will be a repeat customer for sure!

But the basics as I understand them are:
1) Has to be a pistol AR lower No Such Thing. FYI.
2) It is not on the CA Safe Handguns Roster so the only way you can get them brought into CA is using the single shot pistol exemption, this is done by using a BB and a 0 round sled to fill the magwell
3) After you have imported, purchased, DROS'ed, waited 10 days, and bragged to everyone you know about how sick your new gun is that you just got home, then you remove the 0 round sled and insert your 10 round mag
4) From then on you have to go fixed 10 round mag
