    AR Pistol lower question

    Would I be able to order a Spike's tactical pistol marked lower http://www.spikestactical.com/z/inde...rlh5usjqihbf64

    And have it shipped to my FFL?

    I'm not terribly educated on the subject but I'm thinking yes.

      Nope. Yes must have a BB, but still cannot be brought in that way unless you are a LEO and can receive off Roster items.

      Other way is to send it to a Middleman that has an 07FFL and ssend them an upper, a BB and a Sled for 1 round mag cap and then have it sent to a FFL here that is willing to accept it.

      If it was as easy as throwing on a BB a lot of folks would have them here.

        No, it isn't on the roster. You have to take it out off the unsafe handgun category.

          Can't buy a pistol lower unless you are an LEO or an 07 FFL. Must come in as a complete single shot pistol (with bobsled mag and bullet button), or you must use one of the other roster exemptions (familial transfer, moving into state as new resident and bringing it with you, etc.)

            It has to be a fully complete pistol before it can be dros'd. My FFL wouldnt dros it until i had everything on it.
