Old p226 magazines.

I'm about to pick up a older sig and needless to say it doesn't have any 10 round magazines. Does anyone know any factory 10 rounders or brands that are decent that are compatible with and "older" sig. Keep in mind its not the latest and greatest 226.

Do you guys know if there could be compatibility issues? I think the only difference between the older sig 226's were the fact it was a stamped slide and not a milled one like the new ones.

I don't believe there were any mag issue in regard to old w german Sig and new Exter Sig.

The magazines are fully compatible.

Factory new sig mags work perfectly fine in the west germany models.

Thanks guys! Is blue or nickel better? I mean I prefer the looks of blue but I've heard of some coatings wearing off and I have some riflemags that get that scratched like look with certain coatings on them.

unless it's a nickel or stainless pistol, I'd get blued.

Its from a family member, and I am happy with the purchase.

Either way that is for a 225 recoil spring or are they basically the same thing for the 226 model? Oh and I did hold the gun, no mods or upgrades, stock and imported, west Germany.

All I need now is night sights!
