    FN FNP .40SW Question

Anyone have any experience with this handgun?

The FN FNP .40S&W handgun features a DA/SA trigger, ambidextrous manual safety with decocker, fixed sights, three 14RD magazines and interchangable back strap. Comes with lock, box manual and fired shell casing. Must ship to a U.S. FFL dealer

I had an FNP-9. I loved it because you didn't need to pull the trigger to disassemble. Also when I do drills with snap caps with my striker fired handgun, I always have to pull the slide back to reset the striker. With my FNP-9 it is a true hammer double action so you can restrike the bullets. I know the FNP-9 is the same frame as the 40.

I have one and it is an outstanding pistol. Very accurate, feels great, operates flawlessly. I have exactly zero complaints about it.

        Thanks.

Do you know who sells them in OC?

I have one since July. It's been solid so far and everyone who shoots it, likes it.

Current as in...? The new FNX line, which FN is submitting for the roster, is different.

The USG's are the same as the originals except they have manual safeties as well as the decocker and front slide serrations.

My buddy has the FNP 40 and I shoot it very well. I would buy one but they just don't fit right in my hand, dammit

The Dark Earth is not on the CA Approved list.....I just got one last week...I have not had a chance to take it out to the range! Hopefully next week sometime!
