yeah, he said no problem on the 10 rnd's. didn't ask about rebuild kit.

You know when I ordered mine I didn't even ask to make sure they were 10rd mags or kits. He took my info and I told him I was in CA, so I'm sure they will send the 10 rd mags... although I wouldn't argue if I got 15 rounders instead....

since he paid for the 10 round magazines. he did not purchase the 15 round ones.

manufactured, imports into the state, keeps for sale, or offers or
exposes for sale, or who gives, or lends, any large-capacity
magazine.

(c) (25) As used in this section, "large-capacity magazine" means any
ammunition feeding device with the capacity to accept more than 10
rounds, but shall not be construed to include any of the following:
(A) A feeding device that has been permanently altered so that it
cannot accommodate more than 10 rounds.
(B) A .22 caliber tube ammunition feeding device.
(C) A tubular magazine that is contained in a lever-action
firearm.


Unfortunately, this would fall under importation, even though it was not his fault. I'm not a lawyer, but i believe that is how the law would be applied.

well if sig shipped 15 rounders instead of 10, but your receipt says you paid for 10 rounders and kept your mouth shut, then you should be good to go
