Is it legal to transfer (to me in CA) a handgun that's not on the roster from a relative who lives out of state who will be visiting? it's legal via PPT only, right? or am I totally wrong and it's not legal at all???

it would only be legal if the relative is your son, daughter, father, mother, grandfather or grandmother
