Hello everyone,
I have a question for my fellow CZ owners. My girlfriend and I each have a standard CZ75B in 9mm, and while the pistol fits my long piano playing hands and fingers very well, she finds the trigger reach a bit too long for her finger. I noticed that CZ Custom sells the recurve trigger, like what's on the SP01. We tried an SP01 in the gun shop and she said the trigger reach feels much better than her 75B.
My questions are, aside from simply buying an SP01 (which monetarily is not an option at the moment), is it possible to install the recurve trigger on the standard CZ75B? For those of you that have a standard 75B with the recurve trigger, do you notice an appreciable difference in the trigger reach with the recurve trigger as opposed to the old trigger? Is it possible to install the recurve trigger yourself? I know that the CZ75's trigger mechanism is somewhat complicated, so would doing this modification be a DIY proposition, or would I be best advised to take it to a 'smith or send it to Angus and Co.?
Thanks for any input you can give me.
