I posted last week, that I was to pick up my sealed magwell Carbon 15 this past Saturday. On Saturday morning (on way to work) I stopped by to get it. Low and behold I forgot my wallet, so I decided I would get it on Monday. After a brief discussion (and after being told last week that that they would not carry these rifles) I was informed that bullet button AR's WOULD be available at the end of THIS week, my DROS could transfer, and best of all I could transfer my money that I had aready put down on the Bushmaster!!! Thus I am happy as hell, and will pick up my S&W M&P15A by the end of this week! Thanks to this forum for pointing this issue out to me, and my local gunshop for now making available what other shops in CA have apparently had for some time now!
