The technique is called "watch the front sight like nothing else matters". Of course you'll need to practice your trigger control too.

So, you are saying that it basically boils down to "Front sight...press"?

Both arms locked in, solid platform, both eyes open, good shootings!

Thumbs high and towards the target. Grip high on the beaver-tail. My only persnickety criticism is that he has a bit of torque roll on round #1, usually means that the left hand isn't tight with the right on the heal of the grip.

It's amaizing to see that inertia transfer that ripple down the grip thorugh his arm and bicep. You don't realize whats going on till you see it in slow-mo

I'll be the one to say it - eye protection?

Other than that, the slow motion pictures really show a lot of what is happening. Cool to watch.

Get the Magpul Pistol training video. It covers this topic fairly well.

I have it and thought it was/is (on disc2) pretty good, but I don't recall it mentioning 2 eye shooting or focusing on the front site. Mainly grip, form, draw, reload, etc....

Speaking of slow motion...how 'bout 10 minutes of 1 million fps clips of bullets doing what they do? Interesting footage, just turn down the volume on the bongo drums...

OK, thanks! Is it a matter of "wrapping" Youtube tags around the pasted code?
