2022 has a better finish and factory night sights. I like them more than the Glock, but I've also never been a fan of Glocks in the first place.

What kind of a review are you looking for? Any reason why you are selling your Glock? Does it not shoot well? Is it because it is "plastic"? Don't like the grip? Not much information in your post.

Keep your Glock. I'd be nice to own a Sig, and I plan on it someday, but I would NEVER get rid of a Glock to obtain a Sig. Just my opinion.

SP2022. I like the Glock a lot and despite my sig, my opinion isn't totally biased. You can't go wrong with either.. but I just think the 2022 is one of the most understated guns out there. Its a shame Sig didn't push it more in the States and decided to go with the 250 instead. Both are reliable as all hell, the Glock will win in aftermarket parts/support.. but something about the 2022 just "feels" like it should be worth more than what you're paying for it. Its very solid and seriously shoots just as good as a P series gun. In the end, it really comes down to aesthetics and feel of both.. some people Glocks feel better, others, Sig styling.

I am a huge fan of both GLOCKs and SIG's. Of the 2 mentioned, I'd keep the GLOCK 17. That is my S.H.T.F. pistol.

                          I own the G17, Boyfriend owns a 2022.

                          I prefer the G17.

In all honesty I waffle between finding you disgusting and pitying you that your life is so void of anything substantial that you measure yourself by 'conquests' and who you know that can get you in where.

Carried the 17 for 20yrs on duty. Now retired, I choose the 2022--much happier!

If you've trained long enough with the Glock, I say keep it. Glock has a steep angle that I've never liked but if you're used to it, it'll be hard to adapt out of it. The 2022 is also polymer so even though I have never shot it, it will probably feel similar during shooting. I've also heard the 2022 trigger kinda sucks, but then again Glock's trigger isn't the greatest either.

Personally I think the Sig polymer guns are a great deal because Sig is selling cheap to try to make a name for themselves in the polymer department. If you like how it handles and like the style I say go for it.

Gumby can you tell us why you like the 2022 alot more?
