Selling AR pistol

Im going to be selling one of my AR pistold next week and I just want to make sure, does it need to have the single shot sled in it? I'll be selling everything but the upper. I thought since it's registered as a pistol already, the buyer wouldnt need the bobsled in when transferring. Any info would be great.

if you are doing a ppt, it doesnt require single shot nor bobsled.
