.400 Cor-Bon?????

I need help. Does a pistol that stated .400 Cor-Bon mean it shooting .40 S&W, 10 mm, both, or none. I attempted to research this, but got the .40 super artical that threw me in a tail spin. Sorry gang for the rookie question, but I need to know...
