    good for plinking?

Are China Jing AN bullets ok for plinking purposes? Is 500 rounds for $61 a decent price?
either start being proactive or leave the state. The longer you're here, and waiting for bills to pass, the less rights you will have.

It may be fine, but the first thing that comes to mind is that it is early 90's stock since there is an embargo on Chinese ammo and arms (all but pump action shotguns).

If not, it found its way down from canada.

Do you have to pay shipping for that? 500 rounds from Walmart would be about the same price without shipping. Assuming you have a Walmart nearby.

Assuming you win at the starting bid of $55 and add $22 shipping, your total is already $77. For about $8/ 50 rounds, you can probably buy some tried and proven ammunition that's widely available. Why risk it? When safety and reliability are critical factors, China would not be the first place i'd go looking.

Of course if somebody credible were to vouch that it was particularly good stuff.. then go for it

              didn't realize the cost

I didn't realize good ammo was that cheap (500 round at wally for approx $70). I'm a noob with handguns and looking to stock up for practice purposes. Guess I'll check with Wallyworld

Walmart sells a 100 round box of Winchester FMJ for about 20 bucks, +1 for going to Wallyworld
                Knowing is half the battle
