    S&W 1911 mc operator

    is this gun legal in california in the olive color i looked on the cal web page and couldnt find it thanks

      U mean the springfield operator? Those are sweet guns, saw one sell for around 1300 at the local gun shop to a civilian, so they should be listed.

          Yes it's legal and on the roster. I just got one shipped from South Dakota for $1129. And it's the Springfield Armory MC Operator.

                  Yup. My brother has one. I'm a snobby brat so I went for the TRP Operator. (which is 1 step up from the MC Operator in bells and whistles). Both are outstanding pistols.
