    New Laws

    So in trying to purchase some ammo, I found out that Contra Costa County appears to have initiated the "no online ammo purchase" much earlier than required. So I'm wondering if it is legal to ship ammo to another county, even if my billing info is Contra Costa. In other words, is it legal to 'gift' ammo to someone?

      Absolutely, just make sure the recipient's county is ok to ship to.
