Bobcat is DA/SA, Jetfire is SA only. Bobcat is also slightly longer and heavier and comes in .22LR and .25ACP.
On, and Bobcat is not on the DOJ roster.Last edited by CaptHobbes; 03-23-2010, 7:50 PM.sigpic

Me: "Why does a person need multiple pairs of shoes?" -
This type of gun will do nothing for you in the woods. The noise alone may be a deterrent, but if you really must shoot something to save your life you'll probably die with one of these. If you're looking for small and light since you're backpacking, look at a subcompact Glock in 357SIG or 40SW. That's enough power for most (but not all) instances. A 10mm Glock 29 will fit the bill but will be heavier. My backpacking rig includes a G20. Definitely not the lightest choice, but it'll take care of business. Just took a short 5 mile hike with this on my hip and didn't even notice it was there. Whatever you look at, I'd personally say it should have a minimum of 357SIG or 40SW for caliber. Nothing less than that. You could also look at the S&W airweights in 357 Magnum. Very light with huge power.Comment
