AMT 380 back up

can i legally buy a AMT 380 Back Up from a pp out of state? it is not "on the list" and i am new to these laws for handgun purchases.

if its not on the approved ca list, its definitely a NO, you cannot buy from PP and transfer into state, once you cross state lines you will be commiting a crime and you may end up doing jail time.

No you can't it needs to be on the list if it is out of the state.

yes, you would have to have one that is already registered here in CA and get it trasfered to you by pp transfer.

I have a mint .380 AMT SA back up too. I thinik it says El MOnte on it.
