    Quick question.

    Hey fellow calgunners, quick question for the gurus. My good buddy is law enforcement and he wants to give me his Ruger LCP. The gal over at J&R's said the LCP can be transferred to a civilian just not originally purchased. Anybody out there that can shed a lil light on this fir me?
