How can u make a Draco AK become single shot in order to DROS in cali??

Yes you need a bullet button. Once it is configured correctly, you need to
find a Ffl willing to receive and dros it for you. You need your hsc card and the 1 pistol in 30 day rule applies

I think the thing right now is just being able to get one. There's already people waiting for Henderson to get some in.

Yes, most are just hacked up suprplus mags with no spring and the follower welded to the mag up top. You will pretty much be throwing this away sooner or later, once you re-dros it as a 10 round semi automatic rifle.
