Everyone says that Promag is horrible. I have some for several guns, and I haven't personally ever had any reliability problems with them. However, I won't buy any more. Mec-Gar is the way to go.

I have a ProMag for my Bersa .380 and it works great. In fact, better than the Bersa mag.

i've tried the ProMag magazines in a Sig 220, 226, 225, Beretta 92/96 and Glock...they make decent training mags for failure drills, because they almost never fed. they'd be better training mags if they would at least feed some on the time.

Can't speak to how they work in a 226 but I've never had any luck with them for Berettas!

                  Somewhat related:

I got some for an AR that I picked up for free (first warning...) theyre the worst mags I've ever used. I usually buy oem pistol magazines and sometimes mecgar, the promags are cheap for a reason.

I have two for me Beretta 92FS. I have a 30 percent chance there will be a jam when I use them. On the bright side, I keep them to work on my malfunction drills.

                          Pro Mags

This is what is so great about this group, alot of real honest discussion that can save many people money & problems. Or finding out what about real good product or good pricing.

                          Thank you.
