    10 days are up!

Got to pick up my Swiss Police Trade-in Sig P228 9mm today. It is my first pistol purchase, but not my first pistol (grandpa left me a Makarov).

I picked the least worn out of the bunch but they were all in pretty good shape. Southern California Gun in San Diego (Kearny Mesa to be exact) had/has them on sale for $465 + tax and DROS. $534 out the door. I'm in love.

Will be taking her shooting on Sunday. Super stoked!

So Cal. It's right around the corner from Turners. Nice place. There use to be one in La Mesa right by my house, but they consolidated to one store right before the Obama boom.

Yeah SoCal gun is really cool. They are on Convoy St. in the same shopping center as Dreamgirls (easy to remember). They have really good prices and selection, and I usually get asked by 3 different people if I need help every time I'm in there drooling over Ed Brown's and Wilson Combats. They also have a lot of used guns. Keeping an eye out for a lever .44 mag.

My first choice in shops is Fine Firearms in La Mesa, those people are way cool and helpful.

Yes sir. It's in pretty damn good shape. Only came with one mag, but the P228 10 rounders on Gunbroker can be found for $12
