                      Why are they using U numbers for the navy guns? Did they run out of NSW #s?

                        The U serials are the actual contract overrun P226s used by the USN SEAL teams.

                        The NSW serials are the limited edition Sig Sauer released. I believe they are essentially the same guns although the U serials are slightly more desirable since they are a bit rarer.
