My brother just picked up his Beretta 92 after waiting the 10 days. Does he need to carry something with him to prove that its in his name?

You don't need to show any credentials unless you're carrying concealed in which case you need your CCW permit.
Although carrying your HSC is not a bad idea in case you see a good deal in a gun store

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

Does that only apply to California CCW or Any State issued CCW? Just wondering because a friend of mines just received his UTAH CCW and wants to purchase a new handgun.
Maybe this would save him some $$$ from taking the HSC test?Comment

CA does not currently honor any out-of-state CCW.ARCHIVED Calguns Foundation Wiki here: http://web.archive.org/web/201908310...itle=Main_Page
Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!Comment
