    Kel-Tec has a pretty firm stance on this, and it's not likely to change. They hate the idea of lower-cap magazines on pistols in a big, big way, and see the CA Roster and associated fees as nothing more than extortion.

    They are a good company, but sick of hearing about it from Californians.

      I feel the same exact way they do. Can't say that I blame them. I wish everyone just had a Ronnie Barrett stance...I think if no gov't agency or LEO in Cali could ever buy a new weapon or get old ones serviced that our laws would swing in our favor faster than they already are.

        Don't blame them at all. It sucks for Californians, but I can't blame them.
