I had the Bladetech company make one for me. It took them a few weeks to deliver, but I liked it.

Milt Sparks old Summer Special is a good inside the waistband holster. His newer models should work as good or better.

Comp-Tac makes them for the P-7. From personal experience I would stay away from paddle anything and go with a belt holster.

I've had very good luck with FIST holsters (www.fist-inc.com). They have a very good selection of styles including a paddle holster. The make the holster specifically on your order and they have the P7 mold.

They're a little on the pricey side, and you have to wait awhile, but I've found their quality to be outstanding and well worth it.
