Is there a difference in accuracy between them?

I don't believe any of them are hand fitted for accuracy. It's possible to find a particular sample of the cheaper model that will out shoot the costlier ones. I found a basic S&W 1911 that was put together well (statiscally, you will get some really good ones ,and some really bad ones).

So I would say examine the particular sample closely for accuracy related fitting, and you will do well.
