I've been wanting a handgun for now for a few months so i decided to take my handgun safety test a month ago. i narrowed my choices down to a Springfield XD or Beretta Px4 storm both in a .40cal but i was leaning more towards the Storm. All the local places i went to in my town either didn't have one i could play with or couldn't get period because their dealers was back ordered and i had already saved up money for one. After i found out no one could get one for awhile i just stopped looking and decided to spend the money i saved up.
Well today a new gun shop opened and i decided to go take a look at what they got. First thing i went to look at was the bolt action rifles because i've been wanting a Remington 700 in a 308. I then get done talking to the guy about the 700 and decided to just ask if they had any Beretta Px4 storms. He then walks down to the very first gun case and pulls out 2 of them. I'm thinking to myself they are both 9mm because that's what all the other shops had. He puts them down in front of me and i see a .40 SnW on one of the tags and i'm like wow they actually have what i want. They close at 6pm and now its 530 and im just pondering if i should get it now or wait again. So i start talking to them about other crap like our local shooting ranges, where they use to work etc.. and next thing in know im signing papers and putting down a deposit for the Beretta.
Now the wait begins and i get to pick it up on the 12 @6pm when they close. Great
