They must be converted to 10 rounds as there is no factory 10 round mags avail for the XDm, and Springfield has no intentions of producing them at this time.

so non-leo's can use the xdm in CA due to it not having a 10 round magazine built for it.

then again, if someone had the luck of finding some xdm mags somehow, they don't need to alter it to 10 rounders. since they did not break any laws by importing, manufacturing, etc. and possession is not illegal

oh yeah, I woke up one morning and these XDM mags were under my pillow? must be the mag fairey?

It's because there are no factory 10 round XDm magazines and HS Produkt/Springfield Armory has also stated in the past that they currently have no intentions on making them.

YOU have to get the disassembled kit and convert it to 10-rds yourself.
