    Need help...

    After having long shooting sessions with my 1911 I begin to flich..anticipating the trigger break. I do try to relax and just squeeze the trigger but I still find my self flinching. Any drill's anyone know's to prevent this?

    Practice dry firing, or with a 22 auto loader, then get back on the .45

      If you have a revolver, load only 2 or 3 rounds and spin it. That way you don't know when it will fire. This will help with the flinching.
