    Size Matters

Researching 9mm handguns for CCW. I really like what I hear about the Bersa Thunder 9 Pro UC. I also really like my wife's S&W 6904.

My question is this: which of these two is smaller? Any chance that one of you own both and can take some side by side pictures for me? I really don't want to try and conceal my 92fs, so size does matter.

If you haven't made a final decision yet, check out the Kahr CW9. I carried one for years as my off duty gun and it was very easy to conceal with just a t-shirt. It's a single stack 9mm that hold 7+1, very accurate shooter and after the recomended 200 rnd "break in period" the thing has not has a single problem.

Of the two you mentioned I don't have much experience. Only know that I didn't like shooting the Bersa Thunder in .380.

+1 for the Kahr but only because of the tons of good things i hear about concealability. no personal experience other than holding it in a shop.

outof the two you mentioned i'd say the bersa probably has better concealability but again.....no personal experience other than in a shop.

You regulate the appetites. You fence in the horizons. You make a law for every movement. You deny the existence of chaos. You teach even the children to breathe slowly. You tame.

The only legal Bersa in California is now the the Thunder 380.

Didn't the Thunder 9 Pro UC just fall off the list? If so, I should be able to find a used one I would think.

Now if you and I ran into each other at the grocery store, would you ask me a question like that? Does anonymity on the Internet give us free license to say such things? Not by my standards, but YMMV; just leave my wife out of our conversations please.
