Question about "Bersa Thunder cc .380" HELP PLEASE

Ok so my question is this: I have looked at the california approved list and it states that the Bersa Thunder in Nickle, Gold, Duotone, & Steel are all Cali legal. But there is one in particular that I want and it's this one. It is the same gun as the ones listed above the only difference that I can see is the finger molded grips. Below is the exact model I want. Can I get it here in wonderful California?

This one is not available. The list is very specific. However, Firestorm manufactures jointly with Bersa a firearm that does have finger grooves. Look up the Firestorm 380 (only the one in BLACK is available in CA)

Wow, that is a substantial alteration of the Thunder .380, I like it!
I hope Bersa submits it for testing, I like the changes and downsizing they did.
Bobbed hammer, shortened grip tang, finger grooves, reconfigured backstrap (it looks like a J-frame backstrap to me), darn near a 'Guttersnipe' sight system and thinner controls.

      For comparison:

You can pick up a Bersa 380 and put the Firestorm finger grip on it.

So if you don't like the black only Firestorm but do want the finger grip, there is an option. Note that the grip will not fit the CC model or the Thunder 380 plus, it is for the Thunder 380 and Thunder 380 deluxe.

If you are asking about the Firestorm and the two toned Bersa pictured above and not the CC model:

Trigger guard is rounded instead of hooked.

All black finish instead of two tone

              Finger grooved grips.

I prefered the all black Firestorm version but bought the Two toned version because it was the one in stock when I went to buy. Comes with one mag, spares are around $30 for OEM ones.

My firearms Sgt. carried a Bersa for a LLLLOOONNNGGG time as a back up and off duty. He had several hundred (or was it thousand) rounds thru it and he absolutely loves it.

Yeah thats the Bersa Thunder .380CC in nickel. Great little pistol (bought it for the wife last year) and have put hundreds of rounds through it. Awesome, accurate little shooter! Hope they add it to the list for you guys down here!
