              For compact/sub-compact models, my choice would be G27...because I own one and really love it. For cheap range practice, it can be converted into 9mm with just a conversion barrel and a G26/17/19 mag(the 17 & 19 mags stick out a bit though... )

              For full-sized models, nothing beats a G35 in .40SW or G34 in 9mm since they're competition models

                I'm hoping so just picked mine up. Can't put it down I never really was one to like sub compacts. Have yet to shoot the gun but after handling it I feel like the size is just right and it has a nice heft to it.

                  The Gen 4 glocks are out in 17 and 22. They got dual recoil springs, 3 interchangeable backstraps, extended mag release and less aggressive RTF. Check em out.
