Question RE: Colt IV

I just aquired a Colt .380 Mark IV and learned how to take it apart. I cleaned it and oiled it and put it back together...now, the magazine won't insert properly. what did I do?

Is the ejector pivoted forward and down blocking the magazine well? I remember doing that once but I can't remember how I un-did it.

One time the trigger bar lever in my Delta had swung out into the magwell during reassembly. Magazines wouldn't completely insert and a flashlight revealed the obstruction.
