    Sig p239 ~$800
Taurus slim ~$400 - if or once it's approved
Kahr cw9 ~$600 Fires as nice as the Sig, dao, easy grip for smaller hands crimson trace attaches to trigger guard.

In fact go for the Sig or the Kahr. Both top of the line reliable guns, plenty of extras available for either.

Not a huge DAO fan myself, but the Kahr will change your mind. Fanatical evangelicals make damn good guns. Get one in your hand, you'll know what I'm talking about.

I just got a set of factory rubber grips for my CZ 75B SA. I like the feel/"tackiness" of them over the factory plastic grips.

I have rubber cz grips too and I love them but the poster wants a laser on his gun. Mark

The CZ has a short reach to the trigger when the hammer is cocked (SA). In DA it's long.

XD trigger reach is shorter than the Glock but the XD is heavier. Have you tried the new Ruger SR9c Compact? It just made it on the roster. I think it's going to be a very good option for someone thinking about getting a Glock 19 or 26.
