Don't know how far it is form you but Ammo Bros has them.

Bellshire on gunbroker sells them for low 400s. Just find somewhere to receive/dros with cheap fees.

Golden Gate Arms on El Camino in San Bruno had a couple for $499. Not sure if either was the tactical version tho.
