dominant eye exercises?

have seen these referred to several times. What can you do to change your dominant eye (in my case) from left to the right?

Change it? Why not work with it instead? It's not that hard to adapt to cross dominance. The isosceles stance works better for me.

When using a long gun, it does not bother me. My right eye becomes dominant because it has the barrel to guide it. If this is not the case for you could learn shooting left handed instead.

I would rather change it if possible as I also use iron sights on my long guns and it will help me shooting there with both eyes open. Several people have mentioned exerices - any have any that have worked for them?
