    Jericho 941 (45 ACP)

As of January 1, 2009, Charles Daly is now the importer of the Jericho pistols. These handgun were formally known as the Baby Desert Eagle and were imported by Magnum Research. Now that Charles Daly is the importer, are these guns still legal to purchase in California?

    Thanks for your help

I would doubt it being they are being imported with a different name. HS2000 pistols are identical to Springfield XD 9mm. The HS pistols use to be on the list but fell off years ago. They can no longer be imported into california by dealers even though it's the same pistol. Mark

Actually, Jericho and Baby Eagles were different guns. Not a case of one evolving into the other. Essentially, they were the same, but Jericho's had a frame mounted safety while the Baby Eagle had a slide mounted safety. Both were manufactured by IMI.
