i am curious...buying a used gun non-roster, from an out of state FFL is not ok right? I have to find the used gun already in the state..Right? However my deputy friend could buy it, transfer it to me?Comment

Yeah, for CA dealers and buyers...
I added it so that I could direct out-of-state dealers that single actions were OK (Exempt from Roster) in CA. The DOJ website says "certain single actions", so the out-of-state dealers were asking what "certain" meant... So I had to spell it out with the CA PC reference... That's all...
I've actually been able to change a few "NO CA SALES" dealers to "OK TO SHIP TO CA"...To do is to be. (Socrates)
