I ordered a CZ magazine from them that was indicated as "in stock" on their web site.

3 weeks later no mag. After calling in, one guy told me they had to order more and they would be there in 2 days and I would receive my mag 2 days after they receive them.

1 week later no mag. Call in again, woman tells me mags are 5 to 6 WEEKS OUT!!! canceled my order and will never order anything from them ever again.

Anyone else trouble with them?

I've heard a lot of stories similar to this about them. That's the reason I have never dealt with them.

same type of experience with ordering a longslide 1911. email to make sure it was available and they said yes. got my ffl info and ordered the next day. a week later i get the call "sorry thats not available and its a 12-18 month wait".

So after hearing so many stories from these turds I decided to call a 3rd time and ask when the mags would be available. Sure enough the guys said, "it looks like our supplier has them available so it should be 1 week" I then began to tell him how the first employee told me 2 days and the next employee said 5 to 6 weeks, and now your telling me 1 week? He then said "ooooh ok let me check again (total BS) Oooooohhh your right looks like we have to get them CZ." what an *** hat.


well chalk another crappy experience up. Wish I had seen a thread or red flag about them now I have to go about trying to get my money back. After cancelling my order I reviewed my bank statements to find the impact guns transaction and its mysteriously gone from my statements. Feels like I'm in the twilight zone.

I think I'm going to try calling back a fourth time just too see how many different stories I can get.

I ordered firearms from them without a problem. Just coordinate your online order with a representative over the phone if need be. Sorry to hear about your experience.

That's their modus operandi. They claim stuff is in stock when it isn't. Then when they do get inventory, they increase the price and don't fulfill their backorders at the cheaper price. When you call them on it, they won't honor the cheaper price that you bought at. They claim "It was an honest mistake, so we can't be held responsible for an honest mistake". It's happened to me on two different occasions with guns. I'm 0 for 2 with them. I will never do business with them again. Caveat emptor!

Employee #3 1 week then changed his mind and couldn't tell me when.

I have a similar disappointing story but it wasn't that big of a deal. I ordered a Glock Field knife from them for the only reason that Impact Guns had the lowest price I was able to find online. Being a cheap item anyways it was like a buck less and they had UPS shipping so I went with them. Well I wanted it by X-mas time it being a gift and online it said it would ship the "next day". I didn't ship until 3 business day after I ordered it and arrived well after X-mas from which I was promised.

Bottom line that fooled people in to thinking they ship quickly so people would get it by Xmas. But after giving them my money they took their merry time. I don't like businesses that do that.

They have to be at least pretty decent. I heard TMJ Trading used them as business model.

aaaahhhhh a nice ending to my story. Ordered the mags from midway. paid a couple dollars more per mag but guess what..... they were on my doorstep in 3 days.

Wow--thanks for the warning! I was just about to order a shotgun from them. Looks like I'll be taking my money elsewhere...
