GLock customizing question?

I have a G32 and been thinking about upgrading some of the features. I have been reading a little and noticed you can go to a 3.5lb trigger. Also have seen some ported barrells that look like there is a square block on the front of your gun. Could anyone tell me if the trigger upgrade is hard and what kind of barrel to get. I dont know if a barrel that sticks out and is ported is legal. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Have no experience on aftermarket barrels but, as for the trigger its unbelievably easy to switch to 3.5lb trigger, you can find out how on YouTube.
