Help me choose between these 3

I'm moving to Vegas at the end of this month so I will be getting my CCW there ASAP. I have a Kahr CW9 and want to get a .40 that is compact, but not as small as the Glock 27.

So...

If you were to choose between the three, would you go with a Springfield XD (XDm is available in NV), Smith & Wesson M & P or the compact Glock .40 (don't know the model number).

Every gun shop employee I've talked to has said GLOCK. I've fired all three and like all three.

I'd pick the XDm from your options. Given freedom to chose I'd likely not pick any of those three though.

4 for the XDm and 1 for the Glock. I love the feel, fire control, sights, ease of maintenance, etc. of the XDm.

toss up between the XDm and the M&P.
don't like Glock but thats me.

Glock 27 or 23

I do not like the high barrel axis of the XD nor the notchy trigger.

The M&P does not fit my hands with any comfort.


You may also want to consider a Commander 1911
