Looking for XD45 Compact Olive Drab

I'm looking to pick up the XD45 Compact 4" Olive Drab at the end of the month but nobody seems to have them online or in store. Do you guys have any clues where to find one?

XD45 compacts and tacticals have been nearly impossible to find anywhere for a reasonable price. You will see some for sale by private party or gun shops but no where near a reasonable price. I waited almost a year before finding a tactical here locally for a reasonable price. good luck.

Well there goes my hope...I know that I can get a hold of the compact in black but I'm really really wanting the Olive Drab color for my collection. I guess I'll have to wait for Buds gunshop or maybe have a local dealer order me one.

I was looking for the same thing but no luck. I just purchased the black XD-45C instead.

Glock. 30. Seriously, I just sold my XD45c. I'm a Glockaholic now. However, do what works for you, but if what works isn't avail, get what is. I haven't seen an XD45 of any configuration in stock for over a year.

Shot the glocks and shot the XD45. No comparison for me anyways I am more accurate with the XD45 and it feels better in my hand. Also have had very very good experience with Springfield warranty.

I heard the olive drab is not on the roster, only dark earth tan and black... I have a beautiful black xd45 compact it's way better then a glock30 which I fastly got rid off...

Double check the roster because XD9646 is on the list which is the olive drab compact 4 inch version.

I'm now checking with major online vendors. My list so far is:

call Target Masters West and see if they can order it from their warehouse...

I actually went to Target Masters and they don't know how long it will take to get one in stock. I checked with all the other dealers and they said they are still waiting on some of their XD orders from last February. If that's the case my best bet would be to find one from a reputable online dealer that actually has one in stock.

what about the xd 40? does nobody like that model? I always hear about the xd 45

I actually decided that I want to keep my gun collection down to certain calibers for various reasons. I chose .45 ACP as my only round for handguns so I only buy handguns in that caliber. I'm set to reload for .45 ACP so the .40 is not useful for me. I don't doubt that it's a fine weapon, just doesn't work for my needs.
