    They're listed on gunbroker from 349-439$. I paid 279 for my P944 in 2000.

P90s are great guns - real sleepers, generally one of the most accurate production 45ACPs out there.

        Don't sell it.

IMHO P90s are better than their successor P345 and are a real value.

I keep wanting to pick up a P90 just for giggles.

That's about when he bought it and that's the price he bought it for.But with the steady increase in gun prices he wants to charge me the same price as the highest one he finds online.

Gun prices have risen but there are plenty of good used (often near-new) Ruger P90s out there in the $300-$350 range. These were fairly high production guns and have been in production since 1990s.

The fact they are not 'cool' like Glocks and Sigs depresses their price despite their overall quality, reliability and accuracy.

I am surprised your dad would try to jack you over price and not give you a bit of a break if he wants to sell it.

I believe various P90 variants are still Rostered so if you have a discount transfer FFL in your area you might find a cheap one on GunBroker from someone willing to sell to CA

I have the exact gun. Paid about $325 for it 6 years ago. Easy to hit the 1" dot from a pack of Shoot-N-See's @ 10 yards. Probably the most accurate of teh Ruger semi's.

I got one two years ago for 350$. Realistically I think they are way way under rated. And it6s because they arent considered COOL guns liek Glocks Sigs or SW XD. As far as reliability I woudl put a ruger P90 against any of those guns UNLESS the gun is in PRISTINE basically BNIB shape and it comes with everything ( box loading tool lock two mags) I wouldnt pay more than 350-400$ you can get a brand new one for about 500$.
GREAT gun I NEVER had any problems whatsoever. VERY VERY reliable gun

More than anything, it is very reliable: Goes bang everytime the trigger is pulled. I bought mine for $300 used. It shot all ammo without hiccup at the range. Mine is a keeper and my bedside pistol.
